I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW100980) and Registered Psychological Associate (PSB94027243) who works with adults of all ages recovering from substance use disorders, struggling with disordered eating, or anxiety, and those who long for a sense of identity, meaning, and purpose.
Parts of identity show up and are built upon as you experience all aspects of life. Unresolved resentments and traumas can affect our relationship with ourselves, others, and the world we live in. A strong sense of self can positively transform your potential to face life on life’s terms and nurture a relationship with personal responsibility.
My depth-psychological approach is existential, archetypal, and relational. I aim to help you explore and create identity and meaning from your lived experiences, gain resilience and confidence, work through life transitions, transform relational patterns, and acquire effective coping strategies that work with your unique personality. I value creating a safe environment where you are met with compassion, patience, honesty, respect, and an open mind to help empower you to create the life you want.
Expertise in the areas on which you want to focus and the quality of the therapeutic relationship are both important factors in successful therapy. To get a sense of how I’d approach therapy with you, and to determine if I am the right fit for you, schedule a free initial consultation with me by giving me a call at (310) 594-8039 or use my online booking to schedule a convenient time to talk with me on the phone.
