I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT122047) who works with adults, couples, and families from diverse personal and cultural backgrounds.
I have an open, exploratory style that eases connection and brings awareness to your sensations, emotions, dreams, and complexities. Our work will create space for you to reimagine repetitive patterns and more fully embody the whole of who you are.
My integrative approach is grounded in psychoanalytic and Jungian traditions and weaves in Somatic Experiencing®, a body-centered method. These pieces blend uniquely for each person and we will collaborate to discover what works best for you. I also have training in spiritual and ecopsychology to support exploration of your relationship to culture, belief, legacy, and the natural world.
In addition to meeting in-person and via telehealth, I offer outdoor ecotherapy sessions in natural settings.

I have experience and enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds, including: artists, LGBTQ, young adults, second-generation folks, and nature-lovers. Individuals contending with ecological grief or distress regarding global issues, and those wishing to integrate transcendent experiences also tend to be a good match. I work inclusively with all relationship orientations, including non-monogamous.
